Renault's Bridger concept SUV debuts tomorrow: What to expect
Renault India is set to reveal the Bridger concept SUV on March 10, 2026.
This sub-4-meter SUV, designed and developed in India, is a sneak peek at a production model at a later date.
The name Bridger evokes connection and is intended to link innovation, design and markets.
Design and engine options
The Bridger stands out with its boxy shape, spare wheel on the tailgate, and bold Renault branding: think Duster meets Land Rover Defender.
Under the hood, it's expected to run on a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine (100hp/172 Nm), with both manual and CVT options.
Hybrid, CNG, and electric variants expected
Beyond petrol power, the Bridger is expected to be offered in hybrid, CNG and electric versions.
Inside, you can expect a digital display and infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, basically everything you need for playlists or maps on the go.
When it lands in showrooms (timeline not confirmed), it'll be up against favorites like Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and more.
