Anduril to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, boosting space defense capabilities
Anduril Industries, a tech company focused on defense, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, known for its massive network of 400-plus telescopes tracking objects in space.
By combining forces, Anduril aims to step up its game in monitoring satellites and spacecraft for US national security.
This is all part of its bigger plan to grow its team and technology in the fast-evolving world of space defense.
Merging for a safer space
With ExoAnalytic's engineers joining Anduril directly (not as a separate company), the space team will more than double in size, from 120 to more than 250 people.
Its global sensor network means better real-time tracking of what's happening above Earth—crucial as orbits get busier and riskier.
Plus, with a nearly $100 million contract from the US Space Force already underway, this merger helps keep the US ahead in the race to protect its assets in orbit.
