CoinSwitch survey: 62% Indian women likely to invest in crypto
A new CoinSwitch survey shows that 62% of Indian women respondents are very likely to invest in crypto over the next 6-12 months, with 3% saying they are unlikely to invest.
Profile of respondents
Most respondents are private sector employees (34%) or homemakers (28%).
The majority invest less than 5% of their monthly income, and over half (56%) pick Bitcoin as their go-to choice.
More than half also make investment decisions independently.
Age and location demographics
More than 70% of women respondents were aged 25-44.
Delhi accounts for 23% of female investors, followed by Bengaluru at 21%, showing big-city interest is strong.
Mudrex data shows female investor growth
Mudrex reports an overall 116.8% growth in the number of female investors in the latest annual cycle.
This rise points to growing financial independence and inclusion for women, and suggests they're bringing more discipline to India's fast-moving crypto scene.
