UpGrad to acquire Unacademy in ₹1,955cr all-stock deal, CCI cleared

UpGrad is set to acquire Unacademy in a revised all-stock deal worth ₹1,955 crore (down from the earlier ₹2,055 crore).
The Competition Commission of India gave the green light on July 7, and most investors have already signed off.
The final paperwork is nearly done, so the deal should wrap up in about three weeks.
