Plot: A thrilling tale of espionage and survival
Citadel: Diana is set in 2030 Milan, where the independent global spy agency Citadel was destroyed eight years ago by Manticore, a powerful hostile syndicate. The series follows Diana Cavalieri (Angelis)—an undercover operative for Citadel—who is stranded within Manticore. Edo Zani (Cervasio), heir to Manticore Italy and son of the organization's head Ettore Zani (Lombardi), is vying for leadership against other European families. When Diana sees a chance to escape and disappear forever, she must rely on an unlikely ally—Edo.
