
Diljit pauses concert, asks fans to pray for Rajvir Jawanda

In a touching gesture, Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh recently paused his Hong Kong concert to pray for fellow singer-actor Rajvir Jawanda. The 35-year-old is currently fighting for his life after a serious motorcycle accident in Himachal Pradesh's Solan district on Saturday. Addressing thousands of fans, Dosanjh called Jawanda "a very dear brother" and "a beautiful singer."

Dosanjh, visibly emotional, told the crowd, "Please pray for him. Prayers have a lot of impact. He should get well soon. He should come back to us, back on stage." He also praised Jawanda's character and how he has stayed away from controversies and won hearts through his shows and humility. "When you pray for someone with a true heart, he will definitely fulfill your prayers," Dosanjh added.

Health update
Jawanda's condition improving; Punjab CM visits him
Jawanda was initially admitted to the Civil Hospital after the accident and was later shifted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann visited him at the hospital and confirmed that while his condition is serious, it is "better than yesterday." Earlier, Dosanjh had shared his concern on social media, writing, "Praying for @rajvirjawandaofficial Veera. Just heard about the accident news."
