Born on August 8, 1937, Dustin Hoffman is an American actor and filmmaker who has several awards and accolades under his belt. He began his acting career with the Television series 'Naked City’ in 1961. However, he rose to prominence with the 1967 movie ‘The Graduate.’ As of 2021, Hoffman has appeared in more than 50 movies and over 20 TV shows. Some of his commercially successful and critically lauded films include ‘Midnight’s Cowboy’ (1969), ‘Little Big Man’ (1971), ‘Papillon’ (1973), ‘All the President’s Men’ (1976), ‘Kramer vs. Kramer’ (1979), ‘Tootsie’ (1982), ‘Rain Man’ (1988), ‘Dick Tracy’ (1990), ‘Hook’ (1991), ‘Outbreak’ (1995), ‘Sleepers’ (1996), ‘Wag the Dog’ (1997), ‘Finding Neverland’ (2004), I ‘Heart Huckabees’ (2004), ‘Meet the Fockers’ (2004), ‘Little Fockers’ (2010), ‘The Tale of Desperaeaux’ (2008), and ‘Kung Fu Panda’ film series (2008-2016). Hoffman offered an apology in both cases.
