Another netizen from Bengaluru reported, "Hi Huma and team! PVR Nexus Forum Koramangala (BLR) pulled off the show as of last evening."

Qureshi took to her Instagram Stories to say, "My DMs are full of messages like this...More shows for Single Salma." Helmed by Nachiket Samant, Single Salma also includes Shreyas Talpade and Sunny Singh in lead roles. The movie was co-produced by actor Saqib Saleem, Qureshi's brother. Saqib posted a heartfelt note for the movie, saying, "I know the system isn't always fair to beautiful films like this...but if you find Single Salma playing near you, go watch it."
