Priyanka Chopra might be touted as a global star but she continues to be a desi girl at heart.
And the actress proved it yet again after she revealed that her mangalsutra is one of her most prized possessions.
PeeCee also stated that along with the mangalsutra she also treasures a diamond ring, which was given to her by her late father.
Priyanka carries coins given by dad as good luck charm
Speaking of her most treasured possessions, Priyanka told Vanity Fair, "My mangalsutra. In an Indian wedding, it's a necklace the groom ties around the bride's neck. And a diamond ring my dad gave me."
The Quantico actress further stated that she also carries coins given to her by her father as her good luck charm.
Clearly, Priyanka is a true daddy's girl.

Meanwhile, Priyanka and her husband Nick Jonas were recently named the best dressed of 2019 by People magazine.
Interestingly, this is the first time in the history of the renowned magazine that a couple shared the top style honors.
People's style and beauty director, Andrea Lavinthal however believes that both Priyanka and Nick deserved the title, as the couple truly enjoys fashion.

On a related note, there are reports that Priyanka and Nick are currently on a mansion hunt for themselves in Bel Air and Beverly Hills areas of Los Angeles.
Their budget is a stunning $20 million.
The couple is also planning to start a family soon.
Confirming both, Priyanka told Vogue, "Buying a home and having a baby are on my to-do list."
Priyanka to return to Bollywood with 'The Sky Is Pink'
Currently, Priyanka is looking forward to her much-awaited Bollywood comeback with The Sky Is Pink.
She was last seen in Prakash Jha's 2016 release Jai Gangaajal.
The Sky Is Pink is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.
Directed by Shonali Bose, the movie also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in lead.
