Statue of Kargil martyr found broken in Hisar
What's the story
A statue of Kargil martyr Paviter Kumar was found broken in Haryana's Milakpur village, 40 km from Hisar.
The statue was broken by some unidentified miscreants on the intervening night of April 28 and 29.
According to police, it was the family of the martyr who noticed that the statue was broken.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the IPC.

More statue vandalism cases in India
A strange new trend seems to have gripped the country. Many incidents of statues being vandalized have come to the fore.
The first such case was reported when BJP supporters in Tripura brought down a statue of Lenin in Belonia amid "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" chants.
