British F-35 jet lands in emergency at Thiruvananthapuram

A British F-35 fighter jet had to make an unexpected stop at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on Saturday night after running low on fuel. The pilot radioed for help, and the jet touched down safely around 9:30pm.

Jet parked at airport, officials working on refueling

Airport teams quickly put emergency protocols in place so the landing could go smoothly. Now, the jet is parked at the airport while officials work with the Central government to get refueling permissions and send it back on its way.
