The cultural tour will start from Siddharthnagar on February 5 and end in Pilibhit on February 23. It will pass through Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich and Lakhimpur Kheri. The festival will include performances by artists from Uttar Pradesh and Nepal. Jaiveer Singh, Minister of Culture and Tourism, said the festival's goal is "to strengthen the bilateral relations between India and Nepal...and promote cultural and social ties."

Specific venues have been chosen for the cultural journey, including Siddharth University in Siddharthnagar and Jawahar Lal Nehru P.G. College in Maharajganj. "The shared heritage of language, religion, customs...between India and Nepal makes this festival even more special," Singh said.
