Google Play Store now tells you where to stream movies and shows
Technology
Google just rolled out a handy new feature on the Play Store—now, when you search for a movie or TV show, you'll see a "Where to watch" card listing streaming platforms like HBO Max, YouTube TV, and Prime Video.
If you don't have the app yet, you can install it right from the results.
What else to know
This update makes it way easier to find out where your favorite content is streaming, though it doesn't let you filter by subscription type.
Heads up: some platforms might still charge extra or need a separate subscription (like The Last of Us on HBO Max vs. paid options elsewhere).
The feature is rolling out soon and aims to make discovering what to watch next less of a hassle.
