To access the wellness Gem, users need to open the side panel for Explore Gems/manager. This new addition joins other premade Gems like Storybook, Coding partner, Learning coach, Brainstormer, Chess champ, Women's World Cup, Career guide, Productivity planner, and Writing editor. The update is part of Google's October 2025 Gemini Drop which also includes improvements in Canvas for generating slides and LaTeX rendering support.
