High risk alert for Adobe software users
Heads up if you use Adobe software—India's cybersecurity agency CERT-In just warned about some serious vulnerabilities that could let hackers mess with your system.
The alert, out July 1, urges everyone to update their Adobe apps ASAP to stay safe.
Flaws affect multiple Adobe tools
These flaws affect popular tools like Acrobat, InDesign, Magento Open Source, Experience Manager (AEM), and more.
Adobe recently patched numerous issues—including ones that could let attackers run code or steal data.
Most of these problems are tied to how the apps handle memory and user input.
CERT-In's advisory for users
CERT-In says: Don't wait! Update all your Adobe software right away.
Also, keep an eye out for weird network activity, don't open sketchy files or links, and make sure your antivirus is up-to-date.
A few quick steps now can save you a lot of trouble later.
