HMD's Nokia Touch 4G feature phone arrives in India

Technology

HMD just dropped the Touch 4G in India for ₹3,999—a simple device for anyone who wants affordable 4G without all the bells and whistles of a smartphone.
It comes in Cyan and Dark Blue, hitting stores and online shelves from October 9.

Highlights of the Touch 4G

The Touch 4G runs on a Unisoc T127 chip with 64MB RAM and 128MB storage (expandable up to 32GB).
You get Wi-Fi hotspot support, Bluetooth 5, FM radio, USB Type-C charging, plus an ICE key for emergencies.
The Express Chat app lets you text or call across Android and iOS devices in multiple languages.

A simple device for reliable connectivity

If you just want solid basics—calls, texts, some video calls—the Touch 4G delivers with a 1,950mAh (or 2,000mAh) battery.
There's a simple touchscreen (3.2-inch), a 2MP rear camera, and even a front camera for video chats.
For its price, it's an easy pick if you're after reliable connectivity minus smartphone distractions.
