Meta's Hyperscape update lets you hang out with friends in virtual rooms

Meta just made Hyperscape a lot more social.
Now, you can scan your room using a Quest 3 or 3S and turn it into a private Horizon world—then invite up to eight friends to join, even if they don't have VR headsets.
All it takes is sharing a link.

Smoother VR experience and better privacy

Jumping from the cloud to your headset is now quicker, with more realistic audio making things feel extra real.
Since these scanned spaces are private, Meta added new controls so you can decide who gets access—just remember to share links only with people you trust.
This update is part of Meta's push to blend our real and digital lives for cooler virtual hangouts.
