Momo Self Care app scores $2.5 million to help you build better habits

Technology

Momo Self Care, the AI-powered app where a digital pet cheers you on as you build new habits, just raised $2.5 million in seed funding from a16z speedrun, SignalFire, and True Global.
The fresh funds will go toward making the app even more helpful—think smarter reminders and fun rewards for staying on track.

What's next for Momo?

With over 2 million tasks already created by users around productivity, mindfulness, and spirituality, Momo is now gearing up to launch on Android (it's been iOS-only so far).
CEO Besart Copa says they're also adding safety features like prompt filters to keep interactions positive.
The goal? To make self-care feel personal and genuinely supportive through AI and playful design.
