NASA's Chris Williams is blasting off for his first space mission alongside Russian cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov (a returning ISS visitor) and Sergey Mikayev.
Their Soyuz rocket launches November 27, kicking off an eight-month stay as part of Expeditions 73 and 74.

Williams will dive into experiments like testing a new workout system, improving fuel efficiency for space travel, growing semiconductor crystals, and working on safer ways to return from orbit.
