Target is rolling out a new shopping app right inside ChatGPT, letting you shop for groceries, gifts, and more just by chatting.
You can ask for personalized picks, add multiple items to your cart, and check out—all without leaving the chat.
Drive Up and Order Pickup are built in too, making it easy to get what you need fast.
Holiday tools and playful features
Just in time for the holidays, Target's AI Gift Finder helps you pick out spot-on presents based on who you're shopping for.
There's also a List Scanner that turns your handwritten lists into digital ones, plus a Store Mode game called "Find Bullseye" to make in-store trips more fun.
Target's big AI push
Behind the scenes, Target is giving its 18,000 HQ employees access to ChatGPT Enterprise to help with things like supply chain planning and customer service.
It's all part of a bigger digital upgrade led by incoming CEO Michael Fiddelke—aiming to make shopping smoother and more fun whether you're online or in-store.
