Telangana brings MeeSeva services to WhatsApp

Telangana just made it easier to access government services—now you can get over 580 MeeSeva services from nearly 40 departments right on WhatsApp.
This new chat-based option is quick and works alongside the state's 5,000 physical MeeSeva centers.

How to use it

Simply send a "Hi" on WhatsApp to 80969 58096.
An AI chatbot (powered by Meta's Llama model) helps you apply for certificates, pay bills, handle police challans, track applications, and download documents—all in one place.

What's next?

Soon, you'll be able to use Telugu and Urdu or even voice commands for these services.
