MASK Architects just revealed Solaris, a self-charging solar bike that runs without fuel or plugging in.
Thanks to its retractable solar wings, it soaks up way more sunlight—up to 150% extra—when parked.
The idea is simple: make travel possible even where charging stations or gas pumps are hard to find.

How it works & why it matters

Solaris keeps things light with an aluminum-carbon frame and uses smart tech to manage and display energy use in real time.
Its electric motor recycles energy when you brake, and the minimalist design comes with LED lights and app connectivity for a modern touch.
Still a concept for now, but it hints at a pretty cool future for eco-friendly rides.
