AI agent still requires human approval before sending emails
The update also improves file management in Google Drive by allowing prompts to share, move, or delete files across cloud storage.
Despite the expanded capabilities, Claude still maintains a human approval step before sending an email.
This way, users can review the automated message reply before it is sent out.
Feature rollout
Claude Cowork available on mobile and web
The new Gmail capabilities are being rolled out to Claude users through Anthropic's Google Workspace integration.
In a separate announcement on X, Anthropic also revealed that Claude Cowork is now available on mobile and web for all paid plans.
