#IndiaInAustralia: If Rohit hits a six, I'll support MI: Paine

Australian cricket team skipper Tim Paine is known to be quite vocal behind the stumps. The wicket-keeper has got the attention once again after challenging Rohit Sharma in the ongoing third Test against India at the MCG. Paine showed how one can take refuge in healthy banter. His cheeky words got the batsman smiling. The fans too welcomed the moment on Twitter.

Paine dares Rohit to hit a six

Paine went on to pull Rohit Sharma's leg from behind the stumps on Day two of the third Test. Paine challenged the Indian batsman to go for a big hit against spinner Nathan Lyon. Paine can be heard saying, "It's been a toss up for me between Royals and Indians, and if Rohit hits a six here, I am changing to Mumbai."

Paine and Kohli were part of run-ins in Perth

Paine grabbed headlines alongside his counterpart Virat Kohli post the second Test in Perth. The two had gone loggerheads at each other. Kohli had gone against Paine in the previous Test and said, "If he messes it up it's 2-0, and who's going to talk then?" Paine replied, "You've got to bat first, big head." The two had a few run-ins the next day.

    Fans love what's going on

After what ever happened in Perth, Paine seems to have become more subtle with his words. His cheeky sledge this time to distract Rohit has drawn a lot of attention on Twitter. Fans are loving it and IPL side Mumbai Indians also joined in.

    This is hilarious!
