Aisha Chaudhary was a motivational speaker and Indian author who has penned the book ‘My Little Epiphanies’ which is based on her life journey. She published the book one day before she passed away. Aisha was born on March 27, 1996, in Delhi to Aditi Chaudhary, a mental healthcare worker, and Niren Chaudhary who is the President of South Asia operations of Yum! Brands. She also has an elder brother Ishan Chaudhary. When Aisha was born, she was detected with a medical condition called severe combine immunodeficiency (SCID) which leads to a weak immune system. Aisha had to undergo her first bone marrow transplant in the UK when she was just six months old. Unfortunately, she developed a serious condition of pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13 as a result of the operation’s side effects. She decided to become a motivational speaker at the age of 14 and started giving inspirational lessons till the date she passed away. In 2013, she also spoke at TEDxPune. Aisha passed away on January 24, 2015. The Bollywood film ‘The Sky is Pink’ is based on her life story. The 2019 film starred Zaira Wasim as Aisha.
