Sumona Chakravarti is an Indian Television and film actress born on June 24, 1988. She began her acting career at the age of 11 in 1999 with Aamir Khan and Manisha Koirala starrer 'Mann'. Her big breakthrough happened in 2011 when she played the role of Natasha in Balaji Telefilms TV show 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain'. In 2012, she participated in the comedy show 'Kahani Comedy Circus Ki' telecasted on Sony TV with Kapil Sharma, and the duo emerged as the winners. From 2013-16, she appeared in the role of Manju Sharma, Kapil's wife, in 'Comedy Nights with Kapil'. In 2016, she appeared on Sony TV's 'The Kapil Sharma Show', playing the role of Sarla Gulati, a girl madly in love with her neighbor Kapil. She is widely recognized for her roles in 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain', 'Comedy Nights With Kapil', 'The Kapil Shama Show', etc. Chakravarti has also appeared in travel shows, namely 'Dubai Diaries' and 'Swiss Made Adventures', both telecasted on ‘NDTV Good Times’.
