Navdeep Saini is an Indian professional cricket player who has played for Delhi since 2013. In August 2019, he made his international debut for the Indian team. The right-handed batsman was born on November 23, 1992, in Haryana. During the 2013-14 Ranji Trophy season, Saini made his first-class debut. On January 2, 2016, he made his T20 debut in the 2015-16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Delhi Daredevils bought him for Rs. 10 lakh before the IPL 2017. Again in 2018, Royal Challengers Bangalore bought him for Rs. 3 crore during the 2018 IPL auction. In the 2017-19 season of the Ranji Trophy, Saini was one of the leading wicket-takers for Delhi with 34 dismissals in eight matches. In the 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he was also the leading wicket-taker for Delhi with 16 dismissals in eight matches. In August 2019, Saini made his T20I debut against West Indies. In December 2019, he made his ODI debut for India against West Indies. On January 7, 2021, Saini made his Test debut for India, against Australia.
