Now the Doodles are sourced from regular competitions conducted by Google or produced in-house by a team of creative professionals. Over 4,000 Doodles have been created so far and Google has archived them too. The events that are commemorated with Doodles are chosen so they reflect Google’s “personality and love for innovation”.
