Ashutosh Rana is a renowned actor and TV personality in India. Born and brought up in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh, Rana went to the National School of Drama and pursued acting. To kick off his career, he became a part of the Prithvi Theatre. The actor made his silver screen debut with the television serial, ‘Swabhimaan,’ after which he became a part of many serials. He also has tried his hands in anchoring reality shows. In Bollywood, he got a breakthrough with the movie ‘Dushman,’ where he played the role of a serial killer and rapist. His other notable roles are in ‘Raaz,’ ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania,’ and ‘Sangharsh’ among others. He has won Filmfare Awards for ‘Dushman’ and ‘Sangharsh.’ To note, both have been directed by Tanuja Chandra. Married to Renuka Shahane, known for ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!’ and co-hosting Doordarshan TV show ‘Surabhi,’ since 2001, the couple has two sons named Shauryaman Neekhra and Satyendra Neekhra.
