Born on November 2, 1981, Indian actor Esha Deol is the daughter of legendary actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini. She is the half-sister of Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and cousin of Abhay Deol. Deol made her acting debut with the movie ‘Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe’ (2002). Between 2002 and 2021, Deol has appeared in over 20 movies. Some of her commercially successful movies include ‘LOC Kargil’ (2003), ‘Yuva’ (2004), ‘Dhoom’ (2004), ‘Kaal’ (2005), ‘Dus’ (2005), ‘No Entry’ (2005), and ‘Cash’ (2007). She has also appeared in ‘Roadies X2’ as a gang leader. She married businessman Bharat Takhtani in 2012 and the couple has two daughters. A trained Odissi dancer, Deol is the recipient of one Filmfare Award and one IIFA Award.
