Kagiso Rabada is an international cricket player from South Africa. He plays in all formats of the game. Rabada has played 47 Test matches and 81 ODIs so far. He was born on May 25, 1995, in Gauteng. He made his domestic cricket debut in 2013 for Gauteng. In 2014, he made his debut in limited-overs cricket for South Africa. Rabada made his Test debut in 2015 against India. In the same year, he made his ODI debut against Bangladesh. He took his first ten-wicket haul in Test cricket in 2016. At the age of 22, he topped the ICC Test bowler rankings and the ICC ODI bowler rankings. He is the youngest bowler to take 150 wickets in Test matches in 2018. He is the first cricketer to win at least six awards at Cricket South Africa’s gala annual dinner. Wisden Cricketers Almanack named him as the world’s best young player. Delhi Daredevils bought him for $50 million before IPL 2017. Delhi Capitals again bought him in 2018 during the IPL auction. Rabada was named in the South African squad for ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021.
